Perfect Petals

I have purchased flowers from Perfect Petals for years from Cannon Hill Plaza to their most recent location on Wynnum Road. Mel is the most beautiful florist I have ever come across creating detailed and gorgeous bouquets for every occasion. She uses quality flowers which last by far the longest compared to any other florist Ive purchased from. Perfect petals is my go to florist and will be for years to come.

I had to call while at work to point out the wrong order had been sent to the recipient. I was told it was a mistake and would be rectified. I am very upset and frankly appalled that my poor mother had to give back the flowers she already received and had put into a vase in her home. It is embarrassing that she had to be dragged into the issue. The fact that the wrong item was delivered is your mistake alone and I expected her to be given the (over $200 might I add) hamper I ordered with your sincere apologies for the mistake and to leave the flowers as compensation. I am embarrassed and the whole sentiment has been ruined. It was for Mothers Day: as I am a full time Veterinarian and was unable to visit her as I am working overtime all weekend. What was supposed to be a large wonderful surprise feels embarrassing and awkward at best. My mother hopes whomever you had to give her already unwrapped and trimmed flowers to was still able to enjoy them. It stands to reason that neither my mother or myself will be ordering from your establishment again. Who ever heard of a florist taking used flowers back after they made the mistake?

A perfect Posie! I have purchased customised flowers from Perfect Petals and they have lived up to their namesake, 'perfect'! With little guidance from myself, the florist has made such beautiful arrangements that meet the occasion perfectly. Friendly, prompt and beautiful arrangements. Looking forward to visiting the store again soon!

So efficient and helpful. Excellent arrangement delivered to my Mum for her birthday. I live 10 hrs drive away so I was so pleased with the service and arrangement delivered. Mum commented on the friendly delivery person too. Great value for money. Will use again. Cannot too highly recommend. Thank you to a great team.
