Dropped off a dress needing some alterations on a Thursday. The staff at the time were very pleasant and helpful. Had told me that the seamstress only works on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so to expect a text the following week with the price of the alterations. I received a text on the Tuesday at expected which just said sorry dont do tailor job - with no other explanation. I then went into the store on Wednesday to enquire about this and the staff member just handed me the dress and said here you go, still with no explanation. When I asked about why the alterations couldnt be done, she simply said I have no time, I only work one day per week, despite being told earlier that she in fact, works two days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays). I then reminded her that I did not need the dress for a month and was that still not enough time to have the alterations done, and they replied no. Not impressed. I chose this store as they had good reviews, now I am unlikely to return for any services they provide. It was just a waste of time.

I have had such a sad day. I needed a blanket made into a small blanket for my daughters baby who will be born still born. I walked into this dry cleaners a mess and met with Sandra. Her compassion and empathy was just amazing. She immediately took the blanket and was done straight away. I went there as I have used them before. I am so grateful to this business. Thank you Sandra.
