Called in and requested a very last minute special order. They were incredibly accommodating and had the cake ready for pick within a few hours. Cake was delicious and looked exactly how we described. Thanks!!

Ordered a cake 2 weeks ago for tonight turn up no such order. The owner gave me a cake from display. Dont buy from this store rude and I didnt get fresh cake made. The owner is rude and didnt care that they didnt do the order the store deserves a 0 not a one Im appalled I ordered by phone 2 weeks ago to the owner worst customer service.

Delicious and big beautiful rainbow cake! All kids loved it. Great service, the cake was ready on time and the staff was really helpful. Clean and tidy shop, cakes were well organized. The cake was really fresh, moist inside and not too sweet, a lot better than my expectation.

We have ordered the Belgium mudcake and it was dry. We contacted the store and because they couldn't find any issue on the ones at the store, they didn't do anything, no refund, no offering an exchange, no voucher, nothing. We are very disappointed. We have been ordering the same cake for the last 8 years at least 2 or 3 times per year. Really poor customer service.
