Local Agent have always been easy to deal with since we started renting with them in November 2008. Any maintenance is dealt with in a timely manner. We have always been treated with respect. I have been with local agent going into my 9th year.I have been renting all my life and this real estate is by far the most tenant friendly that I have encountered. Big thumbs up from me.

Listing incorrect and deceitful, changed once I brought issues up but no compensation or options to changed offered. Really poor communication around emails and then phone calls still had email address incorrect until check in dat when questioned again for the 4th time, missed out on emails in the weeks leading up to stay because of this. Home had unwashed dishes in the draws and cupboards. Washing machine in poor condition, they know this as there is an old sign on the wall stating it, would have thought a replacement at a few hundreds dollars would of been sorted to unburden holiday makers, but no. Listing pictures are different to what's actually in the home. Updates are needed.

Weve been with local agent Caloundra for over 3 years. Im always grateful for how they treat us as tenants despite the way the market is currently. There is never a time where we feel like a hassle or we need to ask for something twice. Great comms and mutual respect is a given and dealing with them is just always simple and easy.
