        I look forward to my weekly sessions at Fit in 20 with the lovely Annette. I have been doing EMS training for over a year now and the health benefits are amazing. My core is stronger, no more lower back pain and I just feel toned and stronger all over. It's a must, especially for people like me who hate going to the gym!

        Me & my husband have been doing EMS with Annette from FitIn20 for a while now and we cannot recommend it too much to anyone. Its only 20 mins and we have not seen a faster body improvement rate than at EMS. Annette makes it sooooo much fun while getting you through the exercises. Cannot be more happy. Thank you Annette
