BreakFree Grand Pacific Caloundra

Room was great- within walking distance to the pool & esplanade cafes. Only issue was hot water, there was none!!! Very annoying especially when you have children that need warm baths!! Booked a spa suite and couldnt enjoy the facilities due to the water issues. Staff offered an apology (as fake as it was) but nothing else. At other venues where there have been issues of similar nature a refund/ credit has been applied for the inconvenience. Nothing at this venue. Most people enjoy hot water, not asking for the world. Also, to access our room was a terribly dangerous step, no safety tape or warning there is a step. Very bad trip hazard Safety: Hazard with the step to access our room, no warning it was there and unfortunately tripped over.
