        Terrible customer service by staff member, I felt immediately like I had interrupted her important work. Unwilling to help, just kept saying 'I don't know' or 'it's hard too tell' to my basic questions instead of helping me work out my simple project. After blatantly asking her if she could please help me work out the size of my print, I ended up walking out advising I will go somewhere else where they might actually be willing to help me. The owner who was busy with another customer still managed to greet me warmly on arrival, what a shame I didn't get served by them.

        Great work by the guys. Made some amazing scans of old photos in a huge rush for my poor mums funeral. The quality of the scans was amazing, lots of details from the old black and white photos and look amazing on the screen. Trimmed all the edges of the photo scans perfectly. Quality people who couldnt have been kinder !
