I have used Mat and the Happy Finance team on the purchase of two properties and a refinance. As a first-time home buyer, I really appreciated Mats honesty and transparency throughout the mortgage processes. Matt, Beth & Cielo and the whole team were amazing from start to finish! We had a tricky situation with my partner only owning his business for 12 months so getting finance was a little harder for us. We had seen 2 other unsuccessful finance companies prior to finding gold at the happy finance company and not only were they able to get us the loan but they are there for every step assisting with all questions or uncertainties.
