I am extremely happy with the quality of service and fantastic way I was treated by Paul Bown and the whole team at this Dealership! I was so pleased that I also bought my Granddaughter a car as well throughGreg Fisk. I had been researching the MUX for a long time and could not be more impressed with the finish and performance of the MY23 version! I thoroughly recommend this Dealership and will call on them again into the Future. GO YOUR OWN WAY

If i could score lower I would.. Ttrinity had my car yesterday for a recall. I asked to have an error code diagnosed that had manifested over the weekend. Was told it would be done by lunch. Tried calling all afternoon and left a message. Get an automated text at 3 telling my car was ready only to be told 'no time to hook up the scan tool, will have to book it in for next year' This morning Engine light comes on.. luckily i was able to go to another shop and have it diagnosed and fixed within a couple hours, without having it pre booked..

A very challenging process to purchase a vehicle. Over the course of purchasing a three year old used vehicle (IVO $30K), we have experienced the following: - Incomplete contract sent through. Several of the buyers signatures involved acknowledging disclosed factors of the vehicle, such as warranties in effect. The expectation was that we as the buyer blank signed this prior to receiving information on the car. The salesperson said that we shouldn't worry about it. - Freight price to Sydney mis-quoted twice. starting at "$800" before contract was signed, becoming double that after the contract was signed. Halfway through it was idenitified by trinity that they had forgotten to add GST to the original quote, yet the quoted price went up significantly more than the 10% GST. - One set of keys missing from the vehicle (costs around $450 for replacement). Only when pushed on the matter to reflect this in the sale price of the vehicle were the second set of keys mysteriously found - Advise two weeks maximum to get car from Cairns to Sydney. The employee responsible for organising freight engaged with the freight company and secured vehicle space, but never confirmed or paid for the booking, resulting in a week delay of the vehicle leaving Cairns - dealt with four different individuals. The first saleperson mysteriously no longer worked at the company after the contract was signed. All these factors in their own right represented bad (or in some cases illegal) business practice, however this was compounded by the significant difficulty in getting information from Trinity. Despite being in different locations, it is the same phone number for both used and new trinity cars. The amount of times we were transferred to a desk phone at the used car yard for no one to be at the desk was significant - my wife and I typically found it took three phone calls to reach a desk with someone working at it. This was challenging enough, but also being shared around multiple employees, who each made negative comments about the previous person we were dealing with and why a delay, finance or communication issue wasn't their fault, was straight up frustrating. The current car market has likely enabled Trinity to gain these bad habits, because most people at the moment don't have another option with the high car demand. I can't imagine buyers continuing to engage with Trinity once the market stabilises and consumers have other options. I imagine most buyers don't leave a negative review once they have the car and are just glad to be done with the process, however I hope this review gives pause for thought for future potential buyers.
