If I could give less than 1 star I would. We had been renting for 2.5 years at a property and the owner changed property managers 3 times. We ended with Ormsby Realty and it was the worst rental, property management experience I have ever had. We went through about 5 staff contacts while with them. She was invasive, rude, inflexible, did not listen to simple requests (I have indoor cats and every time they came without fail a door was left open as they inspected the property). She would always tell me I did not need to attend but I did for this reason. The owner came to all inspections and it was like a little mean girl group roaming around your private life whispering about it. We only had a couple of maintenance requests in the entire time we rented here and Julie Ormsby and the owner made our lives hell to get the smallest things fixed. I was heavily pregnant and it was simple things like lights out in the garage requiring an electrician but she tried to make us wait 4 months until I got the RTA involved. Julie Ormsby is not a nice or sympathetic woman she was awful in all my later dealings with her and made my last few months of pregnancy so overly stressful I could not wait to get out of this property, away from them and never deal with her again. She may be good for an owner (although she needs to brush up on tennant rights and information) but as a renter she was just awful. Happy to never ever hear her name again and would 100% not recommend them.
