Good old fashioned customer service with a smile and a joke. Peter went above and beyound what can be reasonably expected too fix a problem with my camera and provide advice on my housing setup and photography techniques. Peter is very knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of under water photography. A very pleasant and enlightening experience.

I have been a loyal customer with Peter at Scubapix for many years now. I use Nauticam products exclusively for all my Canon cameras. Peters service and assistance whenever Ive required it has always been first class. He has always supported the products he sells, and is a very experienced provider. He goes the extra mile when you least expect it and has managed to ship equipment to me at sometimes incredibly short notice, and made it happen, where others have let me down. If hes busy when I call he always gets back to me. A true professional in his industry, and a pleasure to do business with.

Its a 1 man business, and he has no care but your money. Extremely rude, very unprofessional, he talked to us as if we didnt deserve his products. Every phone call is the same, GIVE ME YOUR CREDIT CARD. I visited his shop in Cairns several weeks ago (if you can call it a shop) in a cheap backpacker, he was way more interested in girls a quarter of his age than any kind of customer service. The place was a bomb site. I would almost say the experience felt like being bullied, my wife was appalled. I imagine if your famous or youve given him money before you may be ok (see other reviews!). Find an alternative, Nauticam you should be ashamed.

Very disappointed and disillusioned. Bought 2 Keldan underwater lights from Peter ( shop local I thought) One after only 5 dives had a water leakage. Took back to Peter and BS started. Rang him twice over. a six week period first time 'he hadn't heard back, 2 nd time Keldan said it was un fixable but he could do me a deal, pay him an extra $1600 and he could give me a new one at a reduced cost and BTW you wont be able to contact Keldan cause they are in Switzerland So if you dont deal with me there us no solution . I contacted Keldan... he hadnt sent light back, they knew nothing of my issue. After much emailing Keldan I now have my light back. SADLY i will never deal with Peter again and I cannot recommend anyone else does. Simply Not good enough!!
