Superb service. Due to recent surgery i was finding it challenging to get into and out of my car (as a passenger). The friendly staff suggested that I stay in the car and have my new glasses fitted there. This required the conscientious staff member to make a few trips back into the consulting rooms. Awesome customer service. The prescription and glasses were spot on too. Highly recommended.

I had all aspects of my eyes checked this morning by Alex. He's for sure the best of the optometrists I've seen in UK, Spain and here in Cairns. He put me at my ease and answered my many questions readily and informatively. All of the support staff were friendly. Nobody was pushing me to have treatment that wasn't necessary or to buy new glasses. It was individual treatment and had no "production line feel" at all. I'm going every year now.

Sincere thank you Alex Lost vision in eye. Alex was measured assisted me in making arrangements to urgently get to Eye andEar hospital in Melbourne. Emergency commented on how clear your referral was. I had a large tear in retina. Recovering now hoping all will be ok Thank you so much Alex.
