        Customer service was 10/10! I only had the bike for a few hours in the afternoon and the manager said I could come back another day and get a half day for free because I hadnt used the bike for a whole day. Bike was fairly basic but still very good for $15 for 24 hours! Will recommend to everyone!

        Best rental bicycle experience ever! Alex was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting me maps, telling me where trails were, reminding me about riding on the left (I was visiting from America) and informed me how the brakes were switched from ours. Best entertainment bargain by far. 24 hour rental came to $10.50 US dollars and included helmet and lock. Will definitely rent from him when I return to Cairns. He also had a huge selection of different types of bikes. Highly recommend. Best bike hire in Cairns!
