Very disappointed how unprofessional the reservations clerk was complaining about another staff member and her personal life. First port of call and that's how you are met. Very unprofessional.

What an amazing experience! A little sceptical about the coldness of the water but having the debrief in the warm sun and jumping in the cooler water was refreshing. A nice floating experience with a few tame rapids!

We had a great time on our White Water Rafting experience on Baron Gorge. It was out first time, and we were looked after brilliantly by all the Team. Our rafting guide - Shania - was fantastic, and made sure we were all comfortable but having an exciting time too! Such a gorgeous location, especially Lake Placid at the end of the river. It made us want to do MORE rafting! Highly recommended.

My friends and I had a lovely day on the Daintree Rainforest tour. I wish we'd had more time in FNQ - I would've booked the other day excursions you offer! It's just so beautiful out there. Being a New York City dweller, can I say forest air makes me high? :D Oh, and shoutout to guide Carlos (Karel) - humorous, knowledgeable, w/ fascinating stories to boot. We never felt rushed or uncomfortable. Thanks so much!
