Probably the worst car service experience that I have ever had, after owning an AMG for over nine years. It took two days to book in the service because you could not get through on the phone. When I arrived the woman who checked me in said after I had got out of the vehicle, that I needed to turn it off because it was too "flashy" for her. The car needed it's third service and also had two faults that I reported. I was contacted later in the day to be told that I was had to pay for diagnostics, because the warranty had ran out, but it actually still had two years remaining. I was texted at 3.30pm to say that the car was ready to collect, the cost was to be twice as much as I had ever paid for a basic service ($2417.00) on any of my three A45's. When I arrived the same woman who worked in Kia served me, apparently there was no one in Mercedes. I said there must have been a mistake with the charge, but she proceeded to go through paperwork, and outlined a revised cost. After a few minutes she asked a young lad to get my car, but the rego she mentioned was wrong, she was actually going through the wrong paperwork. She then picked up the correct paperwork, proceeded to run away saying she had only worked there two weeks!! Another girl then came over and said I should wait in reception and the service manager would come to see me. Thirty minutes later the same woman came over from Kia and said they had discounted the invoice by $700.00, no explanation as to where from or why, and certainly the sales manager did not show his face. By this time I had been there almost an hour, the place was closing, so she just took my payment and I left. I found out on the drive home I still had an issue with the reported mirror fault, it is noted on the paperwork, so I suppose I need to try and get through on the phone again. There was absolutely no customer service given, the care factor was zero, the staff were unprofessional and the pricing is unbelievable. I have dealt with Trinity for over five years, purchased two different AMG's from them, but I am afraid I will only be using them for warranty work in the future, I will get my car serviced elsewhere. Also how could I purchase another car from them, if this is the level of after care service that they believe is acceptable.
