Charles is an absolute legend! He has helped us out so much in getting our mortgage sorted and is a very nice, down to earth guy. He is very friendly and understands how complicated/convoluted the processes can be when dealing with financial matters and applying for a mortgage. He is very patient and does his best to streamline things as much as possible to make it easier for us laypeople. Charles brings a relaxed, realistic approach to the mortgage industry and has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend RAMS and especially this branch.
