        Fantastic location with excellent views. Opposite lagoon pool, close to Muddys, great for kids. Friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean.

        Great location with water views and facing the Ferris wheels. There is limited parking in their garage and that can be a hassle if you arrive after 6pm. Street parking isnt too hard to find and is free from 6pm-8.30am. There isnt room service but I prefer that way. They provide extra towels and beach towels upon request, they will also take care of booking day trips if you ask their help. Staff was super friendly and helped us to have the best stay, special mention to Catarina that suggested places to go and highlights that we couldnt miss in Cairns. Room was sparkling clean and fresh, I loved my stay in there. There is privacy for each room and the surrounds was super quiet for a good night sleep. Appliances such as their hair dryer could be upgraded as its outdated.
