        I cannot recommend this crew enough, the trainers are professional, easy going and ensure your form is on point. The ground is open air with huge industrial fans, the ground is equipped with the latest machines. Its super clean organised with so much space. The grounders have so much energy that you can reciprocate and makes you want to give it your all at every class. It really is a awesome community and I am soo glad I joined. My health has improved Im seeing results in muscle and tone. GET AMONGST IT!!!!
