        I dont know what processes are in place to deal with tax returns done via email. I sent my email and attachments in and received an acknowledgment email saying it would be about 6-8 weeks as it was busy. Fair enough. But 5-6months later and after I have called about 4 times chasing up my tax return.. still nothing sent to me or phone call. I was told yes its right here on my desk, finishing it off and Ill send it to you tonight and over a week later and still nothing. Reception staff are lovely. But I wont be going here again.
