Black Bruce Prof

I took my 4yr old son to see Dr Black. He was kind, warm and very helpful. His receptionist was also lovely.

Absolutely wonderful Doctor . Treated me so careful and with a great respectful manner. I am glad to have had such an experienced doctor . Very happy with the result and know I did get the right treatment from an excellent doctor . Thank you .

To be a healer , which is what Doctors are , empathy and a sense of connection are vital . Bruce has neither . He was rude in the waiting room , ignoring a simple good morning . The lack of humility carried through into the consultative process which was extremely brief and lacking in investigative curiosity or compassion. I will now go back to my GP and get a referral else where . Poor form

Our baby has seen numerous specialists in his short life & none have had such a positive & astonishing impact as Dr Black. Our little man's quality of life is so much better & he it really shows. Thank you so much
