Twice over a few years I have had Dr Jayanna for colonoscopy/and endoscopy. He's a lovely man, very friendly, thorough, and I enjoy chatting with him. I feel confident in his care and will continue to see him when it's time for the dreaded (only the prep) colonoscopy again.

Horrible experience with Dr sinniah. He was very rude and didnt explain anything throughly. I went as I had an enlarged liver and spleen and was given absolutely no advice what so ever on how to help the situation. I was always rushed out of his office even though he was 20-30 minutes late each time. He didnt mind taking my money though.. horrible Dr.

I totally recommend the Northside Endoscopy Service. I had a colonoscopy at their Caboolture facility and was cared for by the nurses and Doctors with respect and warmth. I had the good fortune to have Dr.Sinniah as my specialist. Dr Sinniah is wonderful, he fully explains everything and really cares. I had a medical issue after the colonoscopy and the follow up by Dr.Sinniah was thorough and comprehensive.

I self funded this urgent endoscopy recommended by the public hospital ER after having difficulty swallowing and pain worsening over time. The reception staff Linda and Desley spoke quite rudely over the phone and i felt like I was rushed to book and pay. The doctor appeared to be late and rushed on the day of the endoscopy. The private hospital staff and anaesthetist were wonderful. When i called the office a week later I was told a "routine follow up" appointment had already been made in two months time which would cost another $280 When i asked if the biopsy results came back normal I was told they could not discuss that with me, the results had already been sent to my referring doctor and if they hadn't called there's probably nothing to worry about. They seem more concerned about the money than about the patient.
