Integrated Human Resourcing

Victoria has been helping us last few months on HR support, drafting policies and HR grant application. I cannot speak highly enough of Vic's help through the complex yet delicate HR side of things. She is always ready to help when contacted, efficient, guiding and giving support when issues arise. As a new small business owner, it's given me peace of mind knowing I have someone who will ensure we are compliant, and that when issues arise, she will jump on to deal with the issues for me. Recently Vic helped with application of HR grant, due to the detailed and well prepared documents, the grant was approved in no time. Renee Henville from Integrated Human Resourcing was a mentor for my Sisters project, where she passionately supported disadvantaged women from our program to start their own business. Her experience and understanding within the area were appreciated by the women participants. Recently I invited her team to my new project on HR Leadership and the future of work, Nina Pampel did a session for us and Renee again supported us as a mentor and this time in helping our participants who were senior leaders in the HR field to develop projects. Both Nina and Renee have been amazing and our participants and our team were very appreciative of them sharing their knowledge and experience with us. I cannot recommend Renee and Nina enough.
