My hair and makeup business in Tannum Sands, Queensland, wasnt growing fast enough. With the tightening of the economy, I stopped getting the number of clients I was used to, and I wanted to grow my business. Inside Jade and Aarons small group program, I learned everything from marketing to finances. The program has so much included. They are big on value creation and not discounting to get clients. I joined the JadeStart program in January 2023 to try and gain clarity over whether I was on the right track with what I wanted to accomplish with my business. During the past 8 weeks, I have been able to accomplish so much with the biggest outcomes being clarity around my business direction, more revenue (while working less), increased engagement and accounts reached on Instagram and gaining access to a community of fellow beauty business owners to share my journey with. The program goes into so much detail, giving me strategies I can implement for years to come in my business! A bit of a summary of what we covered is: 1. Clarity over who my target market is and more importantly, how to target them through my social media captions. I also now know how to use Instagram to convert clients and not just as a photo gallery of my work thanks to Aaron's copywriting strategies. 2. How to create offers that don't involve discounting so I can stand out from the competition. 3. A price adjustment of my cosmetic tattoo pricing from $595 to $750 without any resistance from my clients which has unlocked an additional 30% more revenue in my business with just that one category of service. I am implementing it across all of my services and expect to double my revenue once I've finished rolling it out this month. 4. Content I am posting on social media is getting a lot more engagement and interaction with a 90% increase since joining the program. I learned how to prepare ahead using strategic topics and scheduling the content to gain more followers and clients from my Instagram. 5. Learning about finances and numbers was incredible. I felt like going through the module made it feel simpler than I had made it out to be in my head. Jade has a great way of explaining the numbers. 6. The endless amount of marketing strategies including email marketing, social media, google performance, collaborations and so much more mean I don't need to use ads to grow my business. 7. Goal setting was so valuable. I have set myself some goals and by following their strategies and listing them all out with due dates has given me so much clarity with what to focus on and direction for the business. All I can say is WOW. I have a lash and brow business in Perth, Australia. I needed help getting and keeping clients because Ive been in my business full-time for 1.5 years, and my business wasnt growing fast enough. Before joining Aaron and Jade in their small group coaching program, my bookings were low, and my retention rate was low at 50%, so I needed help! Jade and Aaron teach only the strategies you need, no fluff. For marketing, I learned how to make posts for a more specific audience which made my Instagram page more professional and personal, and I started getting the clients I wanted. This was in week 1 of the program and I noticed my engagement increase and started getting more client bookings. Aaron teaches powerful strategies like how to create value for clients without it costing you anything. I learned how to create valuable offers without discounting. And the first offer I made was for a brow wax and tint that got me 10 client bookings, which was amazing! I didnt have to discount or throw in anything, and I made full profit! My rebooking rate increased, and I could even upsell some clients. Though I still struggle selling products, I got the confidence to talk about them in my stories. I also learned how to handle client objections and invite people to chat via DM, and I get bookings from this too. Previously, I would go days without posting anything, but now, I schedule everything and post at popular times with well-thought-out captions. From this, I have doubled bookings from previous weeks! Learning finances with Jade was a total game-changer for me. Previously, I would just go through my finances at the end of the month to see what I made, but it didn't help make changes. Now, I can plan for the future and make the necessary adjustments. Jade and Aaron also helped me create a solid business plan to feel more in control and confident in running my business. I have a PMU and beauty salon in Nassau, The Bahamas and just had to share my amazing experience with Jade and Aaron's small group coaching program.
