Oracle Group Insurance Brokers - Gold Coast

I met with Rob Wilson 3 months ago to discuss mine and my husband's insurance needs. We spent about 1 1/2 hours discussing at length everything Rob could do for us. He asked me to email him further details, which I did. I never heard from him again. At the end of our meeting he said he was very busy and it may be a while before he got back to me. 3 months is ridiculous. If you're too busy, don't waste everyone's time - just tell them you're too busy to take on new clients.

Oracle group has been a pleasure doing business with. I am a young local who started a new business and like most young people who get into business, I was a 'happy idiot'. I knew what needed to be done but had no clue how to do it. Over the years both Lucy and Matthew have gone above and beyond, held my hand, and put up with me while explaining and assisting with all my insurance needs for my business venture. I cannot recommend Oracle group enough. Thanks Matt and Lucy again for everything over the years.
