Tony and his team were fabulous from start to finish in their installation of new carpet tiles for our speech pathology clinic. They helped arrange removalists to clear the office out on the Friday and worked over the weekend to lay the carpet tiles. All staff that we dealt with were polite, respectful and hardworking. They produced work of a high standard. We would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending their services.

Tony and his team were a pleasure to deal with. We changed our mind a couple of times and Tony was very patient as we were determined to provide the best possible solution for our use as a hot yoga studio. The product needed to stand up to high heat, heavy traffic and be pleasing to the eye. As you can see from the photos we managed to find the perfect solution. We added cork as an underlay to provide extra cushioning and comfort to injured bodies. This was not a problem for the installers who were meticulous in preparing the sub surface. Our clients have even installed flooring in their home as they love the look and feel. Thankyou to the Master Flooring Solution team in Burleigh Heads. We cannot recommend their services enough.

Do your research as the company doesnt! Had vinyl installed into a vet clinic which was not installed according to manufacturer's guidelines. No water proof membrane was installed nor was the recommendation for it discussed or even offered. Now 2 years later when water has come up underneath the product it is not covered by warranty. Also had stain marks in the product within a month of install. These have since developed and become worse. Tony suspected that this was due to a plastic that was in direct contact above the stain mark (legs of an exam table sit on the site which are made of a particular rubber/plastic). Tony replied that "some plastics are known to cause staining". As a business owner myself I offered my genuine feedback and explained that even though my vinyl could not be helped that Tony could make future customers aware of this to help prevent dissatisfaction for his customers, particularly for vet clinics who install the same equipment in the future. Tony was unwilling to take this feedback and simply stated that he could not be held responsible for what people put on the vinyl he installs, then he denied that the plastic was even the cause as he simply didn't know what the cause was. Do your research before using this company as they don't do their own and they are not willing to take constructive feedback in a positive light to help their customers. I relied on a so called professional to be the authority on the matter (Flooring) and install according to the manufacturer's guidelines which was not done properly. They are also not willing to learn from such occurrences and help future customers. Not the type of business I would recommend or use again!
