Very happy with how Dr Brown has helped our son. He is always understanding and goes out of his way to help. Is good to have someone who knows the difficulties and does their best for our whole family.

Practice Manager/Secretary is condescending and flat out rude with her replies to email. Given the other feedback, its not an isolated case.

If I could give zero stars I would! We paid $450 for nothing more than a physical for our son, after waiting 3 months for an appointment. We got no answers and were simply referred to a psychologist for an assessment. THEN the psychologists were were referred to don't even offer the type of assessment we were told we needed! I have gotten more information from calling and speaking with receptionists at different practices than I did from this Dr. (if you could call him that) Then when I called to complain to the receptionist about the poor communication we received, she had the audacity to say to me "why didn't you ask?" Sorry I thought I was paying to speak to a health professional for my child, I would expect to be TOLD the information I need. Complete waste of time, money and energy! DISGUSTING

The receptionist here is breathtakingly rude and unprofessional. My daughter had already seen Doctor Leon via Zoom in his Sydney rooms and I called to organise a follow up appointment in his Brisbane rooms. Its almost impossible to contact the clinic. She proved so difficult that I contacted the Sydney clinic for their help. She then called me for the sole purpose of remonstrating me for contacting the Sydney clinic. I then contacted Dr Leong directly to organise a follow up appointment. I pity parents who are dealing with sick children having to deal with this woman. I suspect she thinks she can get away with it. Doctor Leong on the other hand is exceptional.

The receptionist here at Consultant Paediatrician was absolutely unhelpful & rude. I had called to urgently locate my son's Urology Surgeon who used to be in the same building. Her mannerism was disgusting and didn't have a care in the world. How is it that someone with this kind of abrupt attitude is employed by a professional PAEDIATRIC institute? Baffled.
