        Booked a measure & quote & no one showed up. I had arranged my entire work day around the booked day & time & I didnt even receive a phone call to explain why they were a no show. I then had to chase them up only to be told that they wouldnt be attending to do the measure up. After explaining that I arranged my whole day to be available for the day & time I booked all I received was total disinterest. The Cairns store has no customer service & is very unprofessional.

        Neville and the team were friendly and helpful from the moment I walked through their door. My floors look amazing and their installer went above and beyond, helping with moving my fridge. I would highly recommend Choices Flooring to anyone looking for vinyl planks.
