I haven't even had my shed installed yet but am writing a review on my experience with them so far. Complete lack of communication and regard for their clients, when your spending $15k you expect to be kept informed of any delays/disruptions to when you can expect installation to happen, especially when you have been waiting 6 months. Installation was supposed to happen on Monday the 9th of May and after not hearing from them I emailed them to follow up and confirm everything was right to go for Monday, one of many follow up emails I have sent to them as they have not communicated or kept me informed at all over the last 6 months. I was informed the builder still has 2 sheds to build before ours as he had covid which is information they would have had already prior to me emailing them, and knowing they had booked our install date for the 9th should have either called or emailed us to let us know of yet another delay. We had already booked our electrician in for Wednesday to run the power to the shed as well as our builder to finish off the drainage to get the shed signed off and approved. This company is all about sweet talking until you have signed the contract and then they don't care at all. Don't waste your time or money with this company. Service: Shed installation
