I had great experience with the service. Doctor Mario and his team made me feel comfortable from the beginning. Made me understand the options clearly starting with non surgical and ending up discussing surgical options in a balanced way. High attention to detail and ultimately good outcome. Thank you so much.

Had both low back and neck surgery with Dr Zotti. Initially, I was fearful and had low expectations having had poor experiences with local surgeons and hearing horror stories about spine surgery but a friend who had got a good result with him recommended him for another opinion. His calm demeanour, bedside manner and ability to answer all my concerns without making me feel stupid gained my trust. He spent a huge amount of time making me realistic about the surgical journey, told me when surgery was really necessary and what to expect before and after and undersold the expectations based on my good outcome that was delivered. First, though, he attempted to treat me without operations with cortisone injections and physio - having had both operations now successfully completed I wonder why I did not do these years ago as I have got my life back! I have called him a god and a genius but his response in deflecting these compliments modestly says a lot. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
