    HAVE BEEN A MEMBER SINCE IT STARTED AS Trendwest. Now a 100 club member but over the last year, since covid restrictions lifted, have unable to book-any of the resorts in any category 13 months in advance. When i contact on the 10 club special members line, I get connected to an overseas call centre - not the Australian Owner Services team that used to be located in QLD. Now I have discovered that I can not call the Club's Travel Service, but can contact an American Travel organisation that provides a far lesser service. After many years of great opportunities provided by this club, I now question the value of our investment.

    What a terrible experience. Do not ever purchase Wyndham time shares. No room available ever nationally. Nothing no accommodation. Can't spend points and also the ask of a levy each month which is the cost of a room. This organisation needs a shake down I am not sure how this is even legal. I will be involving the Ombudsman and my lawyer into this absolute farse. Do not trust Wyndham. Unfortunately I inherited this through my partners ex. This also needs to be binned. Amazing this is even happening!!

    this company has the worst service and is definitely not worth the money it costs to purchase credits.. they seem never to have availability. their response is book in advance. When you try to book in advance they state that " its not possible to book 12 months out". i purchased the 6000 credits from 11k 20 years ago and they will only pay $2500 for them but they charge new people they con into it over $15k for 6000 credits. don't trust them i have all the evidence against them and i will take it legal.

    I've been invested in this club since the beginning. . With all the money they make why are the resort's not up to scratch . You can't get through to make a booking and at times you can't book on line . And once you do you get through you can't get a booking . They have shut down some of our resorts due to covid so cut out cost your company continue to change us. The company has become to greedy with the amount of owners making it impossible to make reservations . Try time share as much as it might be 1 week same time each year at least you are guaranteed a week . Wyndham will tell you you can use your shares anytime at any of the resort's . This is true but you will trying to make a reservation you will have to be open to whatever day or two that may be available somewhere
