The emergency room have let me down. I have been to emergency 8 times due to mental health. The mental health teams aren't very good. Queensland health is broken. Bundaberg needs more resources for people with mental health problems. Shame on emergency department doctors and nurses.

Horrible service. Saturday 4/12 at 7pm I tried to attended an emergency they didn't have any empathy with anyone in there. All the staff was really rude and also the doctor on charge who said they let me waitin 3 hours because it was something "simple" and she had more important things to do and invite me to go away. They took x ray to me but I never saw the doctor at the end after all that hours of waiting because she told me I could be waiting maby 4 or 5 more hours there to have the results that even some people wait 7 hours of my xray and it was already 11pm. I had to drive 2 hours to Gladstone after what I explain to her. But she didn't care. I think the idea it's not put in risk and stress to the patient. Complety the opposite. I ended crying, leaving without attention and in worst condition.

Had to take our 4 y/o down late on Sunday night for a bad bite that seemed to be infected. The nurses were kind and did their best to make us comfortable. Unfortunately wait time was still quite high and facilities were struggling to keep up with demand. Thanks to ED staff for your help.
