Would not recommend, Rarely replies to emails, Was asked to do 5 years of tax returns they only done two and we had to keep following up on the other 3 years which we still don't know what is going on. Lost the sheet of paper were my partner had written all his kms he had done for the year. Nothing in the deductions section on the tax return that have been done for us. (Maybe the deductions are taken off somewhere else) Not very professional and to say expensive for what they are doing ($695 per return). We have never used tax agents before but not the best experience. All we want is bit of communication and value for what we pay for. Won't be using again. Stick to doing it ourselves. We are sub contractors so maybe OK to use this company if it was an easy tax return.

What can I say other then consumers beware of this office and make sure you ask for a quote before allowing this office to do your tax.. Dont believe what the website says regarding the fee structure.. $495 to do personal tax and to sort out a capital gains component which was only from the sale of a block of land so very basic stuff. The staff there are rude, unhelpful, condescending and unprofessional We will be seeking legal advice from consumer affairs and ombudsman as you have ripped both my husband and myself off big time

First time in Bundaberg but Maree has been so damn good I wouldn't go anywhere else now. H&R in Adelaide were always good that's why I've used them again.
