BSS were timely, efficient and easy to work with. At all stages of the installation they kept us informed of what they were doing and communication was good. Dave Wood and his team were easy going and friendly. Likewise, Shane, in the office was also very helpful when I had questions. I don't hesitate to recommend them to other clients. Cheers.... Ps - About 10 months later the system works well but the 'no costs' was not accurate. We are still paying about $250 per quarter. Have an input tariff of only 5cents / Kwh and the peak power deal (paying a premium for our power) evaporated.

I would highly recommend BSS Energy as a provider of solar energy systems. Jair and his team went out of their way to ensure I was happy with the system. My installation was a bit unusual and BSS had to resolve several issues to get it running perfectly. The Sungrow panels, battery and hybrid inverter are very high quality and the performance is awesome.
