Two very happy puppies and definitely cuter than ever. I feel so comfortable leaving our fur babies with these caring and helpful groomers.

They made my dog so ugly! I asked them not to touch her face and tail .. and they did shaved her completely.. she was a beautiful little cute toy cavoodle.. and now she looks like a rat .. She looks terrible but most importantly she feels terrible. She is so Unhappy and super anxious! Why did they cut her whiskers?? Cutting or trimming dog's whiskers is never recommended! VERY disappointed!!! Horrible experience. Avoid!

I am not one to usually complain, and I will give each business a fair chance. However, I have taken both my Spoodles to Dogue since I have had them both as I like to build long-term relationships with the likes of dentists, doctors, etc. And now dog groomers! And that was the hope for Dogue. Unfortunately, after booking a scheduled appointment over six weeks in advance, Dogue called me and cancelled on me the day before the scheduled appointment. I politely asked that a revised appointment confirmation be sent to me via text or email, as they usually do, as I was attending business meetings during their call of cancellation. I received no text, email or email appointment confirmation. I had an "apparent" appointment on 4/4/2023 which was then texted to me 30 mins after the apparently scheduled date/time of the appointment, with Dogue applying late fees to my next visit. I queried the late fees, received autocratic responses, and was not acknowledged. I will not bring my dogs back here. My dogs are now without a groom, 2x in 2 months and have knots and have to shave them back. A real shame. Pick up your game Dogue. You have a great business model, but it appears you lack tact and customer service!
