Better Health on Buderim

What a terrible Clinic. My whole family has been going here regularly for over 10 years. My son is quite sick at the moment, however as he almost never gets sick and he hasn't been to this clinic or even seen a doctor in years, they will not see him as he's considered a 'new patient'. I can understand not taking new brand patients, however him being a previous patient and the practice the rest of my family goes too regularly, I'm disgusted in their policy and the receptionist comment of 'why should we give him priority over other patients'.

Just moved to the area and tried to book one of the many available time slots for an appointment to get a recurring script and find a doctor for the family. Was told the doctor wasn't taking any new patients despite plenty of appointment timings - even on the same day. Very disappointing for a local 'family practise'

Very poor unprofessional reception staff who try to intimidate clients with passive aggressive behaviours. My husband has unfortunately been at the other end of this very unprofessional behaviour resulting in being accused of aggression, abusive behaviour, raising his voice among other accusations. Unfortunately also the GP he was seeing automatically stated she stands by her staff and offered no support re this. I am a health professional myself and would never ever treat a client /patient as my husband was treated, it is totally uncalled for as as mention extremely unprofessional, there are many better ways to deal with situations other than rudeness and intimidation tactics. Consequently we have decided to go elsewhere.

Agree with other reviews that mention they were accused of being abusive Abuse is a serious accusation and should be treated seriously not thrown around At customers to justify rude and condescending behaviour from office girls. Being direct and being abusive are very different a lesson or two for your staff to differentiate is needed Also lessons in customer communication would do well Your business should be the front line of care and concern for people that are in need of professional medical advice and service not smug uncaring attitude from the moment your call is answered
