Grand Plaza Drive Doctors

Not once, not twice, every time i come to this practice, they run at least 45 minutes behind. Last visit, i waited for more than an hour and found out that the reception staff had not even sign me in as arrived. I wish i could give them 0 stars.

Be careful as they are no longer bulk billed. Booked an appt online with no information that i will have to pay. Called the day before to confirm my appt still no mention its changed. Got there the next day and was told now a fee depending on the length of the appt. But no consideration that you usually wait an hour after your appt before you see the dr

Book my appointment at 12pm didnt get in till 12:55pm. Got told that if I needed a longer time for my appointment, i would need to book a longer session. But issue is, I didnt get in till 55mins when my appointment was at 12, and doc saying everyone gets a 15min appointment. My appointment was under 15min to get my medication. Make no sense , when I get into my appointment late and waited 55mins but got told if I wanted a long time book extra time? Im not here to make chit chat , here to grab my meds and go. Unbelievable, the female doc need to reflect on what she saying . Dumb doc . Wasted my time sitting and waiting .
