        DONT GO THERE! I dont think the staff are friendly at all. They are NOT polite and NOT welcoming. All the Citybeach stores Ive been were good. But this one, its a No. Hate this shop. I feel like treated with NO respect. Definitely not recommended.

        We went to Pacific Fair on the 14th of January. We wanted to look at a Tommy Hilfiger watch that was locked up. We asked the staff member if we could look at it and their response was 'I don't have a key, I can't help you' and shurgged his shoulders. Just pure laziness or just no clue how to do his job. Anyway we walked away and they lost out on a $400 sale. Not impressed at all. Train your staff better.
