Doctors are professional and caring. MEL (admin) is amazing, she was very kind to the patients, as well as being very efficient and productive. Highly recommend this medical centre.

I went here today (around 1:10pm, 17 May 2023) with an emergency needing just only a Referral so I can immediately go and have an x-ray on my injured left middle finger, probably fractured or something else. All I got from the Receptionist was "NOPE NO AVAILABLE DOCTORS, NOPE WERE FULLY BOOKED, NOPE WE DONT HAVE ANYTHING". It was the rudest response I got for someone needing a little help. The Receptionist did not even ask if she can help with anything first and all I got was NOPE . NOPE . NOPE. And to think I decided to move here to change GP because they have Filipino GPs. I know that I dont have an appointment but would it be nice to ask first if I have an emergency need or the reason why I decided to walk-in?

I went in for a mental health plan and left crying, rudest doctor Ive ever experienced who wouldnt take me seriously, handed me paperwork that I asked him about and he said to find out for myself, very unprofessional

Best doctors on the coast, was greeted with lovely staff who were able to aid my every request. Doctors at this clinic were incredibly kind and intelligent and would highly recommend this clinic as it is my favourite bulk bill medical clinic on the Gold Coast!
