Justin was a great help! Called to check availability before visiting the store and he happily checked for us. Got to the store where he helped ensure the luggage suited our needs and he even helped in setting our locks on the suitcase. Great service! Happy customers

I went into the Indooroopilly store to look for a small backpack. I had a size specification. The sales lady was emphatic that my partner and I didn't put any bags on the floor as people come into the store after they have been to the toilet so the floors were unclean. We were looking at backpacks not suitcases that we would be wheeling about. She then kept thrusting backpacks in front of us saying they were the size we wanted. It was obvious to us they were all too large. A less aggressive approach would maybe have resulted in a sale but we left and will look elsewhere for a suitable backpack.

I was browsing in the indooroopilly store for a suitcase for my upcoming overseas holiday since 2019 & a retail attendant was helpful. The manager came over to me and was overtly friendly & welcomed me back into the store. I looked at her quizzicly and she said I recognise your shirt. She asked if it was linen & I said yes but I was still a bit puzzled. She said the last time I was in the store (about 2 weeks prior for a quick look but too many people in the store) a woman had stolen.a suitcase while I was in the store. For some stupid reason I apologised & as I am observant did say there was a woman who was in the window area, she then went onto to say that was OUR space & don't encourage customers to be in that area. I bought what I wanted which was a smiley luggage tag & walked out. I felt awful & under suspicion that I had been involved in theft. I will not shop at this store or any other Pera Premium stores. To the manager of the shop or whoever you were do not assume your customer is a thief.
