My daughter was choosing toys in this store the lady at counter saw it and asked me :"how can I help?" "We are good"I replied,"just look around". Surprisingly she said"oh, just look , don't touch!" How can you decide to buy without taking the item in your hands!? , and What a rude attitude towards your customers, even with their kid at presence. Avoid this store!

Terrible customer service. Wanted to return a boogie board 2 seconds after buying it because my friend had already got one. Got a huge glare from the shop assistant who said they they don't do refunds for change of mind. Apparently this policy is on the receipt, to which I asked how would one know before buying the item (shop assistant didn't have an answer)? Finally ended up getting a refund however the shop assistant was extremely rude about it saying that they would get in trouble from their manager. Sorry, this doesn't warrant treating a paying customer in such a manner (I had also purchased a hat and thongs). I advised them that they should put up a sign stating their refund policy so customers aren't caught unaware (received an eye roll in response). I will not go back, and I advise people to steer clear of this store.
