Ingenious Homes

My work recently took over management of a property that was built via ingenious. The previous agents had lost a lot of the documentation. I emailed and in less then 5 business hours Ella had emailed me over everything and MORE. The level of customer service on something that essentially isn't their problem anymore was fantastic and deserves a big THANK YOU!!!! so Ella from us and the landlord THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We built our first house with Ingenious Homes. We found them professional and easy to deal with until theyd been fully paid. Issues identified at our first final inspection which then hadnt been rectified before our second inspection have still not been fixed. This was in August! Weve had a myriad of issues but even though weve had someone come out and have a look, nothing has been done or fixed. Examples: damaged wardrobe door, a few random matte tiles amongst a house fully tiled with gloss tiles. We are really disappointed.

Built with them and had the house in my possession for about 2 years. The front door started to swell due to poor paint not sealing the exposed window inserts and shower screen fell of the wall and shattered, but now its my problem. I have to spend more money to fix the problem. Unless you want to spend more then contract states, suggestion to stay away
