MOST HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL, INTELLIGENT, SKILLED & MOTIVATED REALTOR! We have no problem giving Josh a 5 star full service rating for his outstanding role with us as a Realtor. He was a stand out in the real estate industry for us, with traits liken to good ole fashion service and quality conversations which lead us to purchase the property. We had been looking to purchase a home for 6 months and often were not even called back after inquiring on multiple properties. Through the process of purchase Josh became a trusted source of knowledge and we believe as business people ourselves that he will go a long way in the property business. His intelligence and respect for the vendor was his primary consideration, however as a buyer we felt we were also considered in the negotiations by his overall manner, where he was looking for a win win solution for all parties.
