The ethos and culture of this agency is one of self entitlement . Narcissistic in the sense that it is all smiles until you question, questions which are deflected and left unanswered . Leave it to me l was told by the agent Michael Ellis in disrespect when l was being blamed for an auction result and the agent took no responsibility that in his duty of care he should have answered the questions l put to him before the auction, honestly and none of what happened would have occurred. This experience has vowed me never to trust a selling agent again . The agent then went on to disrupt and elongate the process of settling the auction contract by refusing to release his exclusive listing with us. Leaving us, his principal, unable to list and sell the property with an area experienced more reputable agent. Do not be deceived with their smiles, deceptive assurances and charm. Never will l trust an agent again and this agent has been reported to the OFT.

So much junk from this company with clear No Junk Mail sign. They must be desperate. Even after personally requesting this to stop I get another this week from Jacqui Forrester.

The person finding tenants to rent my property was a little pushy. And the process not consistent. The property management experience was ok. Many photos were taken for the entry report, it was thorough. But other aspects weren't: rarely were three quotes sought for repair issues. The pool was not looked after before tenants arrived and turned to a swamp, which cost $700 to fix.

This arrogant practise of putting their advertising literature in letterboxes that have distinctive signs stating that this type of literature is not wanted. The principals of this real estate agency are arrogant and inconsiderate of the homeowner. If they show total disregard for the homeowner, then it clearly shows their unprofessionalism and I would certainly not recommend this business. In my opinion, there are better agencies on the Gold Coast who acknowledge normal polite community considerations. This arrogance towards the homeowner will most certainly lose them many listings. I would not list with them. I would not reward their arrogance with offering them any sales commission.
