Lovely customer service and the best hot stone massage/pedicure Ive ever had!

I went there last friday (exaclty one week ago), and the lady was all about doing it quick and fast than doing it right. I paid for gel manicure and gel pedicure, the exfoliation part was bad instead of massaging she went did it all in a rush, no care no attention. My nails chopped both foot and hands and I paid 120aud in total. I never had such a bad service before and I won't recommend. Just go somewhere else. Picture attached.

I personally would avoid going back. Sns nails- take off and new- $65. Chemical dipping to soak the old off is so lazy and no customer service- just left! Had to ask when I could take my nails out, as chemical was burning . Had Tee do my nails- paid for her attitude- I asked if I could have one nail shorter- she told me twice that its short enough. When I asked for the 3rd time to file it shorter, she turned up the attitude. - could not get out of there quick enough Had a pedicure also and paint only- $60- lady was polite and nice and great job. Seriously tho more staff than customers which says a lot, as the other salons were packed! Learnt the expensive way. Services: Pedicure, Manicure
