        My fianc got his suit for our wedding at MJ bale. All the staff were so lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. Was a really great experience, we both highly recommend!

        I never leave a review but I had such an unpleasant experience in-store today at the M.J Bale Store in Pacific Fair. I believe his name was John and he was extremely rude towards my partner and I after we picked up a linen shirt we liked. He rushed over, snatched it off us and said "we'd appreciate if you didn't just make a mess and help yourself." His tone, body language & demeanor was incredibly rude and I was just shocked how we were just spoken to. We did buy the shirt in the end but it took every bone in my body to put on a happy face & checkout at the register. Not happy at all & do not recommend this place.
