        My review as of todays date 18 July 2021. Today I bought a sourdough and it was not what I normally buy from them. Nothing similar to a sourdough. Its a shame this business has possibly changed administration because the products and quality are nothing like before. This looks more like a bakers delight now, than an artisan bakery. Not coming back, at least not for sourdough. Today it would be only 1 star. Great and original sourdough bread recipe. Always friendly staff and always fresh bread. Highly recommended. This was posted three months ago. I gave 5 stars in this occasion.
