Extremely negative experience. Constant automated threatening emails, never heard back when I tried to sort the problem. Lack of communication caused heightened sense of housing insecurity, made mental health management very difficult. Seem to be so caught up in their processes that they don't know or care what harm they might be doing. Just another faceless business that cares about nothing but your wallet. Very careless with privacy.

lever have managed my property for 3 years and I couldn't be happier with their service. I have had no issues with them or any tenants in that time and feel very at ease knowing they are looking after my property.

Hopeless. Property managers dont know what theyre doing, heavily under resourced and they are just inept at all aspects of property management. Avoid at all costs!

I have been renting where I am now for 13 years and seen many different Real estate agents managing this property. I would rate Elever as one of the best. They are always contactable, helpful and seem to go that extra mile. Never had a problem. And can I give a special shout out for Jane, the manager of where I live, she has always been on the ball and nothing seems a problem for her. Thank you John Wayne Bordacs
