        The receptionist was so attentive and polite. For somewhere that is heavily booked out she managed everyone on the phone and in person so well and with care, especially the elderly.

        Would not recommend to anyone. The receptionist talks like they own the place and did not respect the patient as they should be. They tended to reschedule my appointment without talking to me. We have the right to be treated with respect as we pay to receive the treatment. Shame on the receptionist! plus, the endos cannot look after the same patient, so better to make sure who you see before you go. otherwise will be left without choice. feel very disappointed with this experience!

        Dr Donaldson was more concerned about diabetes (which I don't have) than treating my thyroid illness. Her manner is superior and more like scolding school teacher than healthcare professional. Very uncaring.

        Grant and his team are by far the best endocrinology team in Brisbane. Grant takes the time to explain things to you so that you understand what is happening and works with you to obtain the best outcome. Grant is so friendly and does not look down on you like we have had with other endo's. Will continue to go to Grant and happy to recommend him to anyone looking for an endo.
