W Cosmetics

Some staff are so rude. Attitude and service are very bad. If you can get good cosmetics, you cant feel good because of them. I dont recommend to go there.

Plenty of options and great brands, unfortunately staff are unwilling to assist and recommend me to go to Daiso, rather than understanding what I was trying to achieve. It is also impossible to get the staffs attention, and I have been there many times in the last few weeks trying to find products, but it's the same experience every time. I'll find a Korean beauty shop and just go there in future. It's quite disappointing really...

Went there today for the first time. Was expecting really bad customer service based on previous reviews. Had a quick look for the item I was after. As it was my first time, I didnt really know where to look. I approached the counter and was greeted politely by the young male. He helped me find the item, asked if I was a member, joined me up and put the sale through. No complaints from me. I did hear him speaking to his female co worker. It did not sound Korean .

Affordable Asian skincare and they have lots of sales going on as well. Some staff( I dont remember their names but the staffs with pink/reddish hair and prominent eyeliner) were pretty rude and their service was not so great.

They sold iphone case that doesnt even fit the specified model(like it was a completely different iphone model), when trying to return the product, they wouldnt even refund even when its their mistake selling something that isnt for that specified product. Terrible customer service.
