I dropped my new (second hand) bike in for a service and a check over with Josh while I was at work. Excellent service and got the bike running beautifully! Would definitely recommend Josh. Location is also convenient to drop off after the commute and pick up at lunch time

As a commuter cyclist, Josh at Pedal On has saved me twice in recent weeks - a flat tyre and then a repair to the bike following a stack. Fabulously convenient, quick turn around and excellent communication. I cannot recommend highly enough!

I recently needed some urgent technical support on my wheel attachment and the disability supplier wasn't available for 2 weeks which meant that it would have been dangerous to use. After applying my logic that it utilises the same technology of usual cycles and indeed now electric bikes, I dropped in to see if not only they'd be willing to have a look but have a go at fixing it. Honestly, I couldn't have been more positively engaged, supported and welcomed if I'd met up with my own family after a time Away. Josh was highly competent in both his investigative skills, his application of knowledge and logic. He identified not only a temporary fix but instead took the time to undertake the more timely work to give me a device that has worked better than it has since I first got it. In short, I cannot speak highly enough of service and professionalism but also of his character. Great location (close to town, Roma St, sth Bris, West End). Accessible (by foot, bike or wheelchair ), Thank you again Josh. I'll be seeing you again soon.
